From August 23rd to 24th, the 2017 Military Enterprise Information Technology Exchange Conference was held in Ulanqab, Inner Mongolia. The conference was co-sponsored by the “National Defense Technology Industry” Magazine of State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry of National Defense, PRC and CITC Network Information Development Forum. The conference was based on the theme “boosting the development of integration of two technologies and deepening practice and innovation of military industry”. More than 200 representatives from national defense military organizations, scientific research institutions and informatization enterprises conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on informatization safety construction and collaborative application innovation in the national defense military industry. Discussion on Network Security Innovation & Protection Technology

With rapid development of informatization, the number of information access infrastructure devices in the network have been increasing, and network security protection has become increasingly difficult. During the security forum, Mo Fei, the Pre-sales Manager of Surfilter spoke about the current layout and ideas of informatization network security protection system, and gave a keynote speech titled “Big Data-driven security, talk about construction of security situational awareness system”. During his speech, he spoke about the WannaCry ransomware attack that occurred several months ago. Regarding the “situational awareness” business model that the participants were interested in, he spoke about the integration of different business needs of network security for management departments and network carriers and replied to questions in detail. He said that the three fundamentals of situational awareness business needs are constant: determine the goal, identify the threats and quickly handle them.
