On the afternoon of September 12th, the China Network Security Industry Responsibilities and Development Summit Forum was held at the National Convention Center. Over 50 influential network security enterprises in China, including Surfilter, gathered together to focus on the theme “Serving the Security Mission and Creating the Future of the Industry”. They held in-depth discussions on topics such as opportunities, challenges, missions, and innovations in the network security industry under the new situation. Zhou Yonglin, Vice President of Surfilter, was invited to the conference and gave a wonderful speech.

As part of ISC 2017, this Forum was jointly organized by seven associations—China Internet Association, the China Cyberspace Security Association, etc. Ni Guangnan, an academician at the Chinese Academy of Engineering, relevant representatives of the China Internet Association and the China Cyberspace Security Association attended this Forum and delivered speeches.

At the conference, Vice President Zhou Yonglin delivered a keynote speech on network security corporate responsibility and innovation development under the new situation, with the title “Triangular Theorem of Network Security Cooperation and Win-Win”. He said that current network security threats and risks are becoming increasingly prominent. Maintaining network security requires all sectors of society to work together and jointly face and handle the issues. Organizations and people who are building cyberspace security for common governance, need to provide multiple three-dimensional network information security services, to effectively promote the construction and development of national network information security. They need to Establishing establish an information security protection mechanism for intelligence sharing, utilizing utilize complementary resources, ensure win-win cooperation, and work together to improving improve the level of information security protection of of all members in the cyberspace security field based on the willingness of individual members., the members of the "concentric circle" who build cyberspace security for common governance and sharing need to provide multiple three-dimensional network information security services, to effectively promote the construction and development of national network information security.

He also pointed out that network security enterprises, network operators, research and education institutions, are the main members of the cyberspace security field and are making unremitting efforts for the common goal of cyberspace security in different fields. To achieve this goal, all members of main enterprises should strengthen mutual exchanges and cooperation through rational allocation of resources and achieve win-win cooperation through project cooperation development, upstream and downstream cooperation, investment and mergers and other business development cooperation models. This will help change the current situation of network security enterprises fighting each other, and forming a comprehensive and coordinated security protection effect, to jointly deal with cyberspace security threats.
