Cyberspace Data Governance Expert
On October 27th, the 2016 Civil Aviation Network Security Annual Conference & the First Civil Aviation Network Security Offensive and Defense Skills Competition hosted by the Civil Aviation University of China came to a successful conclusion in Tianjin. Nearly 30 departments and enterprises from the civil aviation management system, the financial/internet information security center, and well-known domestic network security enterprises and aviation universities attended the conference.They held in-depth exchanges and discussions on hot issues such as civil aviation network security in the cloud era and information security architecture system construction. Surfilter joined the conference as a renowned network information security enterprise in China.

The conference had a main forum and two sub-forums (Cloud and Big Data Security Sub-forum and Network Security Technology Sub-forum) on the theme “Protecting Civil Aviation Network Security and Assisting Civil Aviation’s Powerful Country Strategy”. During the conference, managers and leaders of the Civil Aviation Administration, top domestic security experts and domestic mainstream network security vendors held technical discussions and experience sharing sessions on network information security service architecture and security system construction issues such as cyberspace security technology development and threats in the aviation industry, new generation internet network security system architecture, and establishment of internal controls and protection system for data in the cloud era. The conference was a big success.
Auditing and encryption—one doesn’t go without the other
On the afternoon of the cloud and Big Data security sub-forum, Zhou Yonglin, Vice President of Surfilter, delivered a keynote speech titled “Internal Control and Data Protection in the Era of Cloud Computing and Big Data”. In his speech, Zhou Yonglin said that in the era of cloud computing, information data operation and maintenance management are migrating to the cloud, and problems such as complex cloud permission management, increasing data disclosure threats, separation of data management rights and ownership rights may directly threaten information data security and integrity. In line with technology development trends, we should use Big Data technology to build a cloud platform security protection system to handle cloud security threats, which is of immense significance in ensuring network information security work.

Vice President Zhou analyzed that developing a new network security protection system based on Big Data analysis, the rational use of operational behavior auditing and data security encryption technology can solve the problem of information security management brought by cloud data.
