Cyber Security Association of China established | Surfilter elected the first batch of executive director units

At 8:30 on March 25th, the founding congress of the Cyber Security Association of China (CSAC) was held in Beijing. Dr. Jing Xiaojun, Chairman of Surfilter, and Zhou Yonglin, Vice President of Surfilter, attended the meeting.



CSAC is a national, industry-based, non-profit social organization established by the Central Cyber Security and Informatization Leading Group Office (referred to as the Cyber Information Office). It has been jointly initiated by 142 units nationwide and approved by the State Council. The congress was chaired by Fang Binxing, President of the Association, and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and professor of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.

The congress passed the articles of association, election methods, payment and management methods for membership fees and elected the first council of the association. Surfilter was elected as the executive director unit, Dr. Jing Xiaojun, Chairman of Surfilter, was appointed as the Executive Director, and Zhou Yonglin was appointed as the Director.



CSAC will play the role of a bridge in organizing and mobilizing all sectors of society to participate in China's cyberspace security development. It will serve the industry, serve national strategy, and promote the security and development of China’s cyberspace. As the first Executive Director unit of the Assocation, Surfilter will comprehensively assist the Association and give full play to its platform, to contribute to the construction of China's cyberspace security.
